Re: Crazy Phone Bill

It's possible but improbable... compare the minutes claimed for the last 3 days of the cycle vs the calls in your call log... feel free to call them out on it (no pun intended).

Phone companies screw up big sometimes and even if they won't admit their mistake, fight with them and offer to pay for an unlimited plan for that month and a couple months after - my buddy did that and it worked after his phone racked up a couple hundred in internet charges in his pocket.

Re: Crazy Phone Bill

I'd look at your records and see. Could be someone cloned your sim card or something too.

Re: Crazy Phone Bill

Why do you have to pay for the fraudulent usage? I would refuse to.

Re: Crazy Phone Bill

I would refuse it. Definitely not something I would pay for! I had it happen with Verizon once where my bill was improperly charged and I talked to whoever was at the top that would talk to me and they finally cut my bill to what I usually did. They just averaged my last 6 months bills.

Re: Crazy Phone Bill

Yeah you should never have to pay for something fraudulent. Whether it's charges on your cards, phone bills, whatever. Keep on fighting.

Re: Crazy Phone Bill

I would try contacting this email address for help:
ExecutiveResponse@T-Mobile.com

Consumerist article about the above email:
Email Addresses: Email Tmobile Executive Customer Service

This is the executive response support line, basically they are premier support. This started with Sprint (we know how lovely Sprint support is supposed to be, though personally I LOVE Sprint) and the concept spread. You work with regular support. If they give you the run around, contact the above.

If that doesn't work, I think it may be a time for an EECB (Executive Email Carpet Bomb). This is your last resort, and assuming everything you told us is TRUE, then keep trying to only pay what you owe.

How to do an EECB:
Complaint Letters: How To Launch An Executive Email Carpet Bomb

T-Mobile CEO Email: rdotson [at] t-mobile.com/robert.dotson@T-mobile.com (possibly go to same place)

The rest will be up to you to find.
