He actually put it in 6th and started cruising...the ZR1 will go around 205. Anywho, this video has been a big deal on a bunch of forums over the last 2 days. It beat the Nissan GTR's time by a considerable ammount, especially when you take into account some other facts that were discovered recently about the ZR1's lap.

One of the guys on the vette forum (phantasms - Gene) edited this up for us, enjoy!


About the lap, once the enter the back straight the ZR1 already has a pretty large lead on the GTR...after the straight the lead has only increased by 1 sec. Now for the wow...the GTR is about 2 sec slower in the 0-120 than the C6 ZO6...imagine how much faster the ZR1 is. It should have gained even more of a lead on that straight but it didn't. I can't wait for someone to take the ZR1 out on a full tilt lap on some r-compounds.
