| recommendations for general contractor in the bay area?
Specifically San Jose? We want to get some basic remodeling done for a townhouse, 1050 sq ft, 2bed+loft/2bath. I would DIY but time is an issue:
- add risers to a staircase
- paint living rooms, 2 bedrooms and loft: living room and master bedroom have vaulted ceilings
- laminate floors for three ~10'x10' rooms
- baseboard moulding for most of the townhouse
