SH*T HAPPENS! I still remember him on the Steve Allen Show as the Hippy Dippy Weatherman. He was something else. Very cerebral.

Probably one of the greatest comics. He was a counter culture hero with unsurpassed wit and intellect. His facial expressions and delivery were great. I loved his commentary on every day phrases and words. I have a George Carlin desk calender that I read every morning when I sit down at my desk. It's hysterical.

I just finished watching a bunch of clips on You Tube. There are dozens of them. I would link to some but they're no where near PG rated! (If you're religious, don't bother!)
