What's up with the system time?

I'm trying to get my posts times right. I've got it set GMT - 6 (central), but everything is an hour behind. So I set it GMT - 5 and it doesn't change. Then I set it GMT - 4, and it shows an hour too fast.

It's driving me nuts.

I remember seeing David mention the system time was screwy, but I guess it never got adjusted.

See this screenshot. I have it set GMT -6, but it says all times are GMT -5 in the lower left. Then when I adjust GMT -4 it says it's GMT -3. Something's off.

Yep, I'm on EST and mine is messed up as well. I'm an hour off, not sure they have it set up for DST.
