I actually started thinking about this colon cleanse. I am going to my doctor next week. My mom had colon cancer so I prefer to take every step I can from getting any kind of cancer/bacteria in my colon.

i've actually taken the stuff, taste terrible at best! i've been taking a probiotic for a couple of years now, so i guess my colon area was in decent shape. i had results but nothing explosive, and i think that's a good sign? colon cancer is in my family too so that's why i've looked into these products.
