HD Products Review

Here I am reviewing HD TOTAL which I paid for myself and HD PROTECT which was a free sample.

HD TOTAL is an amazing all purpose cleaner. It cleans great and smells great. The only negative at the moment is the size you can buy it in. I am told this will be "fixed" in a few months.

HD PROTECT goes on easy and looks fantastic! It smells like a fine leather.

Talk is cheap...so here are before and afters:

BEFORE:

AFTER:

CONCLUSIONS:

HD TOTAL - Great product, will defiantly keep using it.

HD PROTECT - Great product, but needs a new pump / delivery system. Right now it comes out in a stream and I'd like to see more of a mist. I think it will replace what I currently use.

I used one of the HD DUO PADS White and Red, hard to get into tight areas down where the windshield and dash meet.

Re: HD Products Review

Good review!

And I agree about the Duo Pads. Since one side is for scrubbing, I'll cut/slice
the pads in two. I'll use one with HD TOTAL and the other with HD PROTECT.
This should work better.

Although HD TOTAL works nicely, it does turn rubbers brown.

Re: HD Products Review

I used it on the tires and didn't have any issues, but I did dress with Meguiars ASD afterward.

I use Megs ASD too for tires and wheel wells.

Autocleanse, can you buff the finish to elicit a more matte finish?

Yes, or you can apply another coat if you want it more glossy.
