Re: POWER Waterless Auto Washer... On The Cheap
I am still waiting to receive mine. Are you guys using it for a pre/post rinse with a traditional 2 bucket wash or are you filling the unit with an ONR solution?

It says it is made in China. I was hoping the manual would list the current/amperage rating but no such luck. I guess you can't have everything when you get a good deal

You don't HAVE to have an adapter. If you want you can just plug it into the 12volt outlet in your car. However, I went ahead and did like David B and bought an adapter that I can plug into a 110 volt wall outlet and then I can plug the 12v cord into that. Make sense?

Re: POWER Waterless Auto Washer... On The Cheap
A 12 Volt, 15 AMP source is plenty to power the Nomad. It uses a submerged RV style pump. It kicks on when it senses a drop in pressure. Very effective.
BTW, you can power this thing all day long with an 18v tool battery... hint, hint.
