IMO that is not a great deal. I've seen them for $49 all the time. However, that might be a good deal in your area.

I doubt they were ez-up brand.. I may be wrong but I'd be very surprised.

Best deal i've seen is $99 for a 10x10

I got a 12x12 Quick shade at Academy for $90. It is tall enough to fit f250's under it. It goes up and down easily with just 1 person.

I returned the 10x10 one that I originally bought and got a 12x12 Quest from Dicks for $89

The 10x10 was sitting underneath the 12x12 and made it look so tiny.

I have a 1212 I got from Kmart when they went under in my area a few years ago. Its a PITA to put up by yourself. Im in the market for an easier one to put up.
