FS: Pioneer's Top CD player, IPOD controller

I actually bought this Pioneer DEH-P880PRS for my truck the other day. I put it in and ended up getting a speeding ticket almost the same day. So this has to go to pay for another damn ticket.

Here are some specs.

This thing has been used for a total of 2hrs. I hooked up the Harness and soldered some connections, but other than that, everything is new. It's got all the stuff with it still in the plastic. The harness has been cleaned up so it's new.

This unit is the ultimate for someone serious about sound. It has a microphone that adjusts the EQ and Time Alignment for YOUR truck. All sorts of controls and stuff. Its super super cool looking and has everything someone could want for controls. It also has one of the strongest internal amps in the industry, it will drive speakers at almost the same level as some smaller amps.

Also I have the IPOD controller that goes with this. It has never been used, just hooked up. Brand New. Everything is still in the box.

I paid $390 for this unit with the ipod controller. I will be asking $340 shipped. I will include a Tundra Harness and Dash Kit with that price.

why not return it for $390?

not my business but how many head units do you go through?
this is like you second or third for sale this year!

I go through about 2-3 different stereo things a year. I love messing with new components and seeing how they make my stereo sound. Always looking for the ultimate sound. This CD player I loved, but with college tuition and a new speeding ticket coming up, it was a dumb purchase.

I have this HU in my Monte Carlo and it's quite easily the best HU I've ever touched!! I've been installing car audio since 1993 so i've had my hands on quite a few stereo's over the years but this one takes the cake!

This is an awesome price you're letting this go for, I paid nearly $500 for this deck and the iPod interface when the deck first came out.

Yeah, it was an amazing h/u, tons of features. Just a little much for me when I dont want to spend any time tuning and most listning. I have spend 4years perfecting my system in my truck, it's time to leave it alone for now.
