I thought about picking one up, but from what I hear it may require major assembly each time to use.

Re: Cheap 10x20 canopy from Pepboys $60

I don't think that's such a good deal at all! I bought a 10x20 like that at K-Mart for $39.95 last year. It requires a lot of assembly and it's not the best quality in the world but it serves it's purpose for me to keep chord wood somewhat dry.

FYI at BJ's they have EZ-UPs 10x10. four side curtains, bag, stakes, free banner printing for $199.

Re: Cheap 10x20 canopy from Pepboys $60

I found another source if Pep Boys isn't an option. Amazon has them here: Amazon.com: ShelterLogic Enclosure Kit for Max AP 20ft.L x 10ft.W Canopy - Fits 55418 and 55420, Model# 25775: Home Improvement for $70.

Edit: I just noticed the part numbers are slightly different. The one from Pep Boys is 25757 and is the actual shelter. The one from Amazon is 25775 and is the enclosure kit for the canopy. The actual canopy is available from Amazon at Amazon.com: ShelterLogic Max AP 10Ft.W Canopy - 20ft.L x 10ft.W x 9ft. 8in.H, 6-Leg, Model# 25757: Home Improvement for $85.

Re: Cheap 10x20 canopy from Pepboys $60

I do trackdays and see these things every once in a while. They are a bear to setup and I often see them taken down and put directly into a trash can. I'm all for saving a nickel, however there is no replacement for a genuine EZ-UP. One person can set it up in 5 minutes with no help. I've been using mine for two years and its like new.

Re: Cheap 10x20 canopy from Pepboys $60

I can attest to the EZ-UP. The material is much stronger than the regular tiny tube pipes that comes with cheaper canopies. It's so easy to set-up and dissassemble. Anyone looking for a canopy, go for the EZ-UP. It's really that much better than the regular canopies.
