This may be a long shot...
Just wondering if anyone has or knows of someone who has a Nintendo SNES for sale. Looking to purchase one that has been taken care of. Any information would be greatly appreciated, have already hit ebay but thought I would try here first.
Thanks guys, Merry Christmas!

Ahh crap, I just read this thread. I was cleaning my room tonite and found an old SNES in a box with a few controllers and games. Actually hooked it up and played Mario on it, memories.
How much did you buy the new SNES for?

Any reason why you had to have a SNES? I have one that runs like a champ...unfortunately, the controllers took a major beating and do not work anymore. So I pretty much rely on PC emulators these days.

Sometimes its fun to go back to the classics My brother just purchased an original Nintendo for at his house to go with his PS2 but I prefer the Super Nintendo and the mario games made for that console.

I paid $80 shipped for mine, I got a $40 ebay gift certificate for xmas so I used that to justify the price haha You would be shocked to see what they are going for on ebay! Take a look for yourself and you may be able to make a pretty penny!
The system I purchased came with all the plugs, 2 controllers, and Super Mario Allstars
And to think we sold out Nintendo and Super Nintendo for like $10 each last year at a garage sale with all the games we had.

80 shipped?? damn, I gave mine to my 5 year old cousin about a year ago, and last I heard he trashed it. Figured it was worthless now. Oh well.

+1 I play to relax myself, not to feel drained out by "game".

Re: This may be a long shot...
Hit the jackpot tonight, was over at a friends house playing her brother's Xbox 360 and got to talking about the SNES, just so happened they had 7 games sitting downstairs they gave to me! The same games I was watchin on ebay go for $20-30 each.
However playing the 360..now I want one of those too

Haha that's some terrible self control
I agree though I'm a classic gamer. I still have my original NES and love it. Not sure if it's because it was my first system or most played; but I can always turn it on and get into the games. I was going to buy a new one on eBay but the prices we're insane. I have a hard time getting into the newer games they're too much for me. Pop in Double Dragon or Super Spike V'Ball and I'm good to go.
