I've completely lost confidence in EBay. I just don't play anymore. For all I know it's 1/2 lb. of modeling clay in a container.

idk, but that same guy has 128oz of Mothers Wheel Mist for $25, not to bad at all. One of my buddies says it's just as good as Eagle One All wheel and tire cleaner, which is my god of wheel cleaners.

What the heck, for $18 including shipping it's worth a shot. We'll see how it looks next week when it shows up.

1/2 pound is 250 grams. So if they are fibbing just a bit it's probably a 200 gram bar. So for $18 it's a good deal, probably not a great deal. Still worth the effort though.

I agree with Gearhead. Ebay used to be a great community. Now I can't belive half the stuff that is listed. For years I bought and sold and got some really great deals. Recently it's just a bunch of low quality misrepresented crap. I wish Ebay could get a handle on the scammers and fibbers.

Well my clay showed today. A little dissapointing I guess. It's purple and it's pretty soft. Weird soft actually. I've had clay from Zaino, Meguires, and Excel, and none of it was this soft.
I suppose I should try it before I get too down on it.

Are you sure this couldn't be the case? I know a guy that tried to use this on a car and he had a mess on his hands.

For sure it's not modeling clay.
I took a swipe at a hood and it seemed to work ok. Easy to mold thats for sure. Didn't leave any residue, that was my concern. Left the area smooth, so I guess it's aok. Just kinda strange feelingin the hand.
It is a big bar though. I get I can cut it into 15 usable chunks easily. Not bad for the $$

I got it last month, have used it on two cars. Worked for me. It is a bit soft, but that just reminds you to keep it lubed. The clay itself will be a subjective thing, so I can't promise if you'll like it or not. But as far as the ebay seller, he was prompt and courteous.
