So I'm sitting in front of my computer Tuesday evening going over the Excel Detail site trying to figure out which pads I'm going to order for my new Cyclo. Place the order and what does the mail carrier bring me today? My order and there was a cool mint inside with all of the pads and towels that I ordered! You must have known that I needed that mint or something!

Patrick, thank you for the excellent service and the pads got here about 2 hours before my Cyclo so I guess I timed it all right.

There is nothing like service with a smile!

Ehh, thanks! I called and complained that Cyclo users didn't need 3 pads but 4 would be on the money. I then discussed him putting together a pad package and he did. I had no clue he would name it after me.

I had good customer service too. He actually orginally mixed up my order or something and it sat for a week, but when I PMed him he responded right away and offered free wax. I got it like two days later. Nice guy.
