ProtectAll QEW - 2 for 1

First off I want to thank TW85 HHI for informing me of this sale.

If you are interested in purchasing QEW, try this link where you can buy two 16 oz. bottles for the price of one:

ENJOY!!

It has actually been an ongoing sale. I ordered it back in January.

I got mine in February I think ... $15 total including shipping by UPS for 2 16 oz. bottles ($10 for the 2 bottles and $5 for shipping). I only ordered one set, but you can get up to 2 packs of 2 at the $10 price per pack.

Help the ignorant with this stuff.

In the winter, if I take my car to a coin wash and blast the crud off, can I then bring the car back to my garage and clean with this stuff without ANY water?

Thanks,
Shumax

Nope, very little water, like a half ounce to a pail IIRC. I'd have one pail of the QEW mix, a second filled with water for rinsing mitts, and PLENTY of mitts. Reallly load up on the mitts, especially when washing in the winter.

If there's a lot of crud, you could go to the car wash and blast your car. Most of the time in the winter, I pre-soaked the panel with a QEW mix (along with an ounce of QD) out of a spray bottle. For the regular wash, 2 capfuls (1 oz). of QEW mixed in 1 gallon of water in one bucket has been plenty enough for my midsize Accord. Use a second bucket filled with a couple of gallons of water for rinsing your mitt, chenille wash pad, etc. I personally use a chenille wash pad made by Viking (available at KMart, Autozone), and it works great.

Do a search under QEW, and you'll get a lot of information. Here's one thread in the Hall of Fame.
