chemical guys kit

I have been a die hard zaino guy for the last 4-5 years and just want to try something new. I love Zaino but there lack of products and new products kind of have me looking elsewhere. Just want to see what you guys think of this kit:

Re: chemical guys kit

the problem with kits these days (from anyone), is that you may not use all the products that come with it (why pay for it if you're not going to use it, right?). i would pick and choose what exactly you want and would use...

Re: chemical guys kit

CG is having a summer sale right now.
If you check on the site you can get a gallon of the waterless wash for $20.
I haven't used the current version, but I used the former when it was called "ONE".....nice stuff. You're gonna want the gallon.
I think the gallon Wash and Gloss is on sale, too....another nice product; very versatile.
The M-Seal is OK...I wasn't overly-impressed with it. The only nice thing about it was that it can be layered immediately.

Re: chemical guys kit

From Chem. Guys, not much. Durability is questionable and the look isn't that fantastic IME....kinda sterile.
Jet Seal 109 is well spoken of, but too expensive....there are better for less.
I stick with Duragloss or Collinite for my sealant or lsp....they look good, durable as hell and can be had locally.
Chemical Guys have some products that work very well, but just as many that aren't worth much, IMO.
Their polishes and sealants don't impress much, but their cleaning chemicals (shampoos, APC's, degreasers, waterless wash, etc...) are very good.

Re: chemical guys kit

for roughly $10 more and a whole lot more product, get the gallon of CW&G. as far as a sealant, many like the jetseal 109...

Re: chemical guys kit

Why don't you stick with the Zaino products you like and then look elsewhere for what they don't offer? I've found it very expensive to continuously experiment with new products, and I get much better results when I use products I'm familiar with.
