Re: surf city
good for them!! I know down in Florida, a lot of Advanced had them but sounds like they're expanding to other stores. A little pricey but hear so many positives-I have to try out some.
For someone who's never tried SC, what 2-3 products would you pick up first? I'm guessing Grime Destroyer would be one : )

Re: surf city
WOW..this is great news. According to the SC site it looks like most Pep Boys in my area are carrying it. The Grime Destroyer is great and the Glass Cleaner is supposed to be top notch.
The QD was really nice when I used it. It reminded me of some other QD's I had used so I wasn't sure if it was relabeled.

Re: surf city
I've used the Surf City Grime Destroyer and the aluminum polish.
Both are very nice products. The G.D. is my go-to product for road tar, heavy bug splatter, etc.

Re: surf city
I love the SCG stuff I've used. The Car Wash is actually very nice as a normal wash in between waxes or details, and I absolutely love their interior cleaner Dash Away. The wax is really good too, but it's pricey for a liquid. Works well though. Supposedly they're working on a paste wax, and will release it if there's enough interest. Their Beyond Clay polish is pretty good to, it's pretty aggressive, but finishes to an LSP ready surface.
I'm still wanting to try out the Nano Seal and Nano Glaze kit.
