Makita 9227C

I just ordered a Makita 9227C from Tyler Tool (Tyler Tool - Discount Power Tools, Makita, DeWalt, Porter Cable, Milwaukee, Bosch, Hitachi, Delta, Dremel, Craftsman, Dremel, Rotozip, Festool, Fein). I purchased a re-conditioned unit for $145, which was by far the best price I found. A new unit is $188, which is the lowest price I found for a new one. For the rest of February, both ship for free.

FWIW, I've purchased 2 other re-conditioned tools from Tyler Tool; a Makita compound miter saw and a Dewalt hammer drill - I was satisfied with both.

Re: Makita 9227C

The new unit looks like its $178 when you use their coupon code "mak0715". Only 15 units left

Too bad you didn't look through eBay. Bought my Makita there for $168 or so, brand new.

Makita 9227c from Arctic-Tools on eBay

No free shipping, an extra 12.95 but in addition to the BIN price of 164.98, 177.93 out the door. Can't complain.
