What's at BigLots?

I try to avoid going to BL, but they do have some smoking deals every once in a while. Anything interesting in the detailing section recently? Its been about six months or more since I've stopped by.

Re: What's at BigLots?

I think it depends on the specific store. I've seen several people post about great stuff they've gotten at Big Lots. I've stopped at the one near me and have never seen ANYTHING worthwhile in the auto detailing stuff. I pretty much gave up on going in there.

Re: What's at BigLots?

I stopped by my local store a few times recently because I hadn't been in a while either and just had that itch to go "check it out". I was somewhat disappointed in the selection as they didn't have anything desirable. Oh well, it's not like I needed anything anyway I will revisit again though just to see if I get lucky and find something cool.

Re: What's at BigLots?

Ask at the store when they get their shipments in. Sometimes you could be stopping by long after the shipment and all the good stuff is gone.

Same here.

Plus they had Meg's All Wheel Cleaner and Quik Wheel Detailer.

They had bottles of the trigger spray Quik Out carpet cleaner a few months. But I cleaned them out.

PC.

Re: What's at BigLots?

I picked up a Karcher 1800psi for $99 a few months ago, which retails for $169 at Lowes. It was a refurb with a warranty, but works superb. Best $99 I have spent this year.

They do have the smaller one (1500psi) for cheaper too.

IIRC the warranty on the refurbs was only a month vs. a year for the new ones.

Re: What's at BigLots?

I picked up a Karcher 1750 psi with multiple attachments at Target on sale for $79. keep an eye out for clearance deals there as well. You need to act fast if you get wind of a deal though or the employees snap them all up. They probably resell them on Ebay. Of course that applies to any store.

Re: What's at BigLots?

I picked up a 12 pack of microfibers for $3 I think they messed up on the price. It was the last one and hidden in the back of the auto section. Really wished I could have found another one
