if anyone cares... big lots has the 50 ft. 12 gauge yellow jacket extension cord for $30 and it carries a lifetime warranty...

Yellow Jacket rocks! I love how flexible they are.
Anyone know the regular price for these? It's been awhile since I bought cords.

I think I got mine for $36 at lowes or HD.
Al, did they have any with the 3 outlet on the end?

well, just got back and i couldn't resist buying one. i have a 100ft 12 guage cord already, but thought it would be a good idea to have a 50ft as well, for the jobs that i don't need the added length. this indeed has the LIFETIME WARRANTY, and here's what it reads on the packaging...
WOODS FULL LIFETIME WARRANTY
If any reason you are not satisfied with this cord,
for as long as you own it, return it to Woods Industries
for replacement, at no charge, or full refund.

yes. the one end has the 3 prong to plug into the wall, and the other end is open with 3 holes to accomodate anything with 3 prongs as well...

edit: i noticed that the yellow jacket cords are no longer on the lowes website!? i guess they are not carrying them anymore and i know HD doesn't sell them (they carry ridgid, husky, etc). if you're in the market for a new 50ft. extension cord, now might be the chance to get one of these, before they become harder to find...

I have a 25 ft cord I got from Lowes a few months ago, these are very nice. Might be time to get a 50 footer. Thanks for the heads up.
