I can't guarantee you with 100% certainty that you will get the subscription, but I've signed up for similar deals and have gotten free subscriptions for years. I hardly do any gaming, but for the past few years I've been getting EGM regularly just by signing up for these type of offers.
Before I get flamed, no I'm not affiliated and for those weary of signing up, no credit card info is required (PLEASE STAY AWAY from those offers!). You just have to provide your name, address, and email. If you don't want spam, make up a spam email address. You can even make up a fake name, just make sure you provide the address you want the subscription sent to.
Don't expect it to arrive next month. Like any magazine subscription, it takes at least a few months before you get your first issue. Either you'll get the subscription or not. If you do, you'll just receive it one day in the mail out of the blue.
