I don't think there's any from what I know. I used to order from him quite a bit and never once did I ever find any discount. I signed up for his email newsletter months ago and have yet to receive any discount info. He did send an email blast once announcing some new products, but that was it.
The problem I had when ordering with Rick @ ADS was to get the most savings, you have to take advantage of the flat $16.95 shipping fee. In other words, your orders have to be quite large (more than $100) and after awhile, you run out of things to buy from his store (since it's mostly
Meguiar's products) unless you're a bulk detailer and you go through product like crazy.
