It varies from Walmart to Walmart like BigAl3 said. My location has a bunch of them and the price is still $24.88. Apparently they do not need the shelves for other products.

Out of 3 Walmarts over here, one had the kits. They were selling for $18.98. I still picked up 2 of them.

just to point out... i noticed at my local walmart and noticed they are re-setting the shelves with new items (armor all cloths, black magic tire matte finish spray, EO1 all wheel & tire cleaner foam, etc) and i looked in the clearance section and saw a bunch of stuff marked down (turtle wax platinum detail spray, liquid & paste wax, mothers synwax, etc). worth checking out...
