I took a chance and ordered a $139 reconditioned 9227 from these guys. I ordered it Wednesday night, and it arrived today (Friday). It is reconditioned, but looks brand new. It was in the original box, with all the hardware, and the bolts for the loop handle were in a sealed bag. I attached my Meguiar's backing plate and fired it up, and it runs nice. I am looking forward to doing a detail with it soon, and I would definitely recommend this online company, and will use them again.

I ordered one for my Dad last wednesday, came two days later on friday, looks brand new. There is also a one year warranty on it, so no worries. At this price, there is almost no excuse to get a HF or Vector.
