Here's what I did on my 1 car garage (for cheap)

Just to give others some ideas, here's a pic or two of my 1 car garage. It was just bare drywall when I started. I probably only spent $500 on everything but it's so much nicer now.

air reel (air compressor in the brown wood box, orange line run to the reel)
electric reel
white paint
shelving
screen door
baseboard molding
2 extra outlets for (4) T8 4000k halogens angled down from the corners of the top of the wall (really good lights!)
1 new 20A outlet for the air compressor

Anyway, I like it, just thought I'd share. It's not much but it's functional and cheap.

"Not much" ???

I'd say that is a pretty sweet setup! Nice work--well lit and it looks like you have plenty of room to play around the car (judging from the tire marks).

Very nice, clean look.

Judging from the look of your concrete slab, I guess your house is a fairly new construction?

Also, don't you hate how builders are now "squeezing" down costs by making the garages smaller on newer homes? Assuming that you have a standard 9 ft door, it looks like your garage is about 12 ft wide. It's really a shame since unheated, rough finished garage space is really inexpensive to build.

Thanks for the compliments. The condo is about 2 years old.
The inside is roughly 11'6" x 22'
It's not huge, that's mainly why I wanted it to be so neat and organized to maximize the space I do have. I can actually detail in there now

Looks great. A perfect hide-away place from the wife / family to spend some quality time with the ride.
Where's the sound system?

Unfortunatly the sound system is an old clock radio
In a condo, a loud system could never be turned up past a whisper before someone complains.

That's all you need. News, Sports and some Pop and Country for me music. Car time is also quiet / peaceful time.
