I would recommend looking at a 2 post, 4 swing arm style lift. A good company is Rotary, who supplies lifts of all types to car dealers, service orgs. etc.I have ordered one for my new garage. They are around $3300.00 installed. They come in a variety of lift capabilities, and I would think that a 7000 pound capacity might meet your needs. A major consideration is ceilling height, and you will need 12 feet to install one of these. Rotary does have lower profile lifts requiring less height. Clearance of your garage door when raised is also important depending how high you will want to raise your car{s}.You can store a car on Rotary's lifts and place one undeneath it.Rotary's phone no. in the U.S. is 1-800-640-5438, and their webb site is www.rotarylift.com. good luck, and post pics when your finished! | |
