Driveway is 100ft long and I can park 2+ cars wide. I have been looking for several months and didn't think we were going to find something so soon. I'll be moving in at the end of Jan. I can't wait to finally have my own garage. I will also have a basement where I can set up a woodworking shop as well.
I need to look into repairing the floor of the garage because the floor was smaller then it was enlarged by just pouring more concrete on two sides. It has started to crack and crumble at the joint.
More info to come. Here is a shot of the house, you can see the garage in the back of the house.

Something nice is that I have public water in the house and a deep well for outside water. I can wash my cars all I want. Also the house was completely renovated by the previous owner who is an architect during the past 3 years. So I don't need to spend time fixing stuff in the house and can spend time and $$$ on the garage.

I remember from a past message from you that you and your wife were to start house hunting around this time--glad you had a brief hunt and found a home that you could settle on quickly. Do enjoy and let us know how you settle in | |

The house looks great. In fact, my sister bought a house a few years ago that looks like a twin to yours-right up to the placement of windows, dormers, eves, etc. I helped her restore and update the entire house. She just recently married and sold it.
Enjoy!!!!! | |

We moved into our house in March and I have yet to even begin my garage mods. A few words of advice. Tackle one room/project at a time. Get to know the Lowe's/Home Depot people by name. You'll be seeing them a lot.
Congrats!
