Heating?

Hi guys, Im currently starting building a new garage it will be 7m by 4.5m...

I want a heater but not sure what to get. Here are a few options. Would these cut it?

I don't want to go calor or propane because of the fumes, but it will be insulated, drywalled and have the ceiling covered with dry wall and insulated too. Double glazing btw.

Not sure what btu's I should be looking at.

Can you run natural gas to your new garage? If so, I'd go with a wall mounted Infrared Gas Heater. It has multiple different heat level settings and has a built-in oxygen depletion sensor which makes it extremely safe.

running those electric heaters is gonna do some damage to your utlity bill.

Thansk guys, its looking more and more likely im going to be running propane or butane. We have a calor gas retailer here and they have some good setups, but i might just get a propane cylinder heater.
