I just ran to the garage a few minutes ago to snap these 2 pictures. I haven't cleaned the floors in a while. The 2 car garage takes a beating from the daily drivers. Mud, rain, sand, oil, etc. It's easy to damp mop clean and looks OK even when dirty.
I can't imagine how a garage floor with Race Deck tiles or light colored epoxy paint can look good in a realistic, daily driver garage. How can you keep it clean?
The stained concrete hasn't been a problem for me. There were a few small areas where the solvent based clear coat looked chaulky white. The contractor said ths was from trapped moisture. He wiped the areas down with xylene and recoated them. So far, no problems.   | |

Here is the CR Spotless station that I set up in the corner of the 6 car garage. I just wheel the unit outside, and connect it to the garden hose with quick-connectors. I love it! No more trying to dry the roof of the minivan before the sun bakes in water spots.
CR Spotless...Hightly recommended.
