Wheel cover HELP
I have a 2004 Jeep Wrangler and I saw a rear spare tire cover i want that was on another Jeep that i have been looking for.

It had a plain black plastic center but the outter band was either chrome or stainless steel. You see a lot of these on the back of conversion vans. I have looked all over internet for these and cant find one. HELP
