Opinions on striping on my car...

When I was at the last car show with my dad, he mentioned that I should get some striping done on my car to make it stand out. At first I was like huh, no way, but I have been thinking about it and think it might look good and make it stand out more (in a good way). I'm not 100% sure though, I'm kinda on the wall, my dad thinks it would be good and my brother thinks it is stupid.
So my question to you guys is do you think it would look good? What would you do?

Here are some pics where I was thinking of getting it done.
I would get red striping done here.

I would get black striping on the side reflector.

Thanks!

I say no. Keep the clean, unspoiled look. I've never been a fan of single stripes anyway. Dual, symmetrical stripes or no stripes...preferably no stripes.

The only kind of striping I would consider on a T/A would be twin racing stripes going down the center of the car, and even that IMO would look tacky.

My vote is for leave it the way it is.

There is a '94 Escort wagen with a painted on stripe down the middle at school (The kind with a fat stripe and a skinny stripe).
There also is an older Civic(Early 90's) with spray painted dual racing stripes.
So, I would say no stripes. It looks like crap and hides your beautiful paint.

just be cool and put a NAWZ sticker so everyone knows it's fast

I say leave it be, it looks good the way it is and eventhough I can't picture what you are talking about I think anything would spoil the look.

Something like this is what I mean...

I would get it custom painted though.

No. Leave it be. Those remind me of the people that modify their car for the lone purpose of changing something. It has no benefit, but they love to add something to their awesome "mod list".

It's up to you, but I'd leave it just the way it is.

OK, think I'll leave it. Thanks guys! I really hate those side markers though, what do you think I should do with those?
