I think you'll lose your load of lumber and groceries the first time you hit the gas!

How do you intend on keeping the chassis from flexing from the torque?

I'd have to pretty much strip the truck down and reinforce the chassis.

I'd also be pretty much rebuilding the whole drive train. Transmission, rear end, drive shaft, etc.

The cost is a lot though. I can either do this to my truck or get a second truck

Edit: You think a 600hp engine with no nitrous would twist my frame?

Not too much experienc here however you'd certainly either be replacing the entire drivetrain right off or after you start dropping parts (bye-bye driveshaft ). Hmm, rebuild the whole truck! Full custom!

Yep. You would need to stiffen the frame in order to handle the increased hp. Since Pickups have a structure that is not very rigid in the rear, the added torque will cause chassis flex/twist. Also, you would need to consider ladder bars in order to ensure you have some traction off the line.

As far as the rear end goes, I would get one from a F-350 tow truck but modify it to handle the increased torque as well as reduce the gearing so that you aren't lighting up tires every time you start.
