anyone ordered from bimmian before?

has anyone ever ordered from bimmian.com

i placed a 800 dollar order friday afternoon, expecting to have it processed monday. well the money was charged instantly and as of yet the order still has the same comment, "waiting to be processed". i tried giving them a call and no luck. ive left numerous emails none to which were responded. and any extension u choose just rings for hours. its the 3rd day and the order still appears to be the same. i even forked up the extra cash for overnight delivery. i feel soo stupid about ordering form them and would like to know about anyones experiences with them.

if at the end of this week my order is still not processed i would like to take some sort of action. i paid the money via paypal. would i be abled to get my money back?

If you have not been able to reach anyone by phone for 3 days I would get on the phone with your credit card company and have the charges reversed. They have their number plastered in a large font on their page so that implies that you should be able to reach them at it.

i ordered some stuff from them a couple years ago and didn't have a problem. but your situation does sound a bit nerve-wracking.
