added a couple mods

Received my HID Kit, OEM JDM Honda Emblems, and JDM Headlamp Housings, Injen Intake, and Injen Super SES Exhaust. Initially, I wasnt going to install any of these till spring, but I got bored, so i was gonna install the HIDs, but when I took off the bumper, I realized that its a huge pain in the *** to do, so I put on the "appearance" mods. Here are the pics (the car is filthy)

Hey, I think your bumper is missing.

I like the lights. They look much more agressive than the stockers. How's the exhaust sound? You can't tell me you didn't start it up in the garage to listen to it

Lookin real good. I definatley like the headlights better, but I would've saved the money, baked the old ones and painted the inners like I did

Which HID kit did you order? Looks very OEM-esque...not too much blue, just a nice crystal white with a hint of blue/purple.

I know what you mean, once you start modding it's hard to stop. But one must control himself. (especially one who is married)

Thank GAWD I'm not the only one who did that! I feel so ghetto sometimes, but the cost of $5 satin black paint and a little elbow grease was just too much to resist.

Looks good, Nav. Those are just bulbs you have in now, right??
Are you going to tell us the *K your HID's colour are?
I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE HID's, provided you use'em in a proper housing/retrofit fashion.

actually those are really hids (6000k)... complete kit with ballast, igniter, wires and everything.. and a very high quality kit @ that. they are installed, as u can see in the pic.. im not doing a projector retrofit, b/c the overall theme of my car is jdm, and even though the jdm integra has hids like my car, it does not have projector style lens. good thing though, cause i really dont want to deal with it. could you please explain how you do the DIY BLACK HOUSINGS? i would love to paint my oem ones so i have two sets. right now they're just sitting around looking ugly

I'm really liking those headlights. They really stand out on your silver rsx. Your HIDs look really good too, they make your car kinda look like an is300, your fog lights look amber yellow compared to your headlights.

I wrote up a complete article but you basically bake em in the oven @ 250* for 10 mins. The glue softens up and you pull them apart.

Remove the reflectors, unscrew the chrome pieces and spray the chrome pieces with high gloss black paint. I do 2-3 coats, NO PREP NEEDED. Let dry, then heat the pieces up for about 5 mins to get the glue gummy again. Push back together and you're set.
