Mothers 67 Take 2 (56k)

Thanks for all your help guys. I deleted the old post and created this new one. I could of sworn I was doing the pic thing right. Guess not.

So anyway, like I was saying.

Sparco, GM performance 572, Hotchkiss, custom Speedway engineering rearend (Coil over system), Glasurit paint, Chip Foose, blah blah blah...
Here are some pics.

Fresh out the box 572.

Getting the motor ready for body color.

First fitment of rear end.

Hhmmm, what seats to use?

Big Brakes!

Color sanding stage. The front fender is ready for initial cut and buff.

A 10 minute cut and buff to give us an idean how it will look.

The red is much deeper than the pic gives it credit for. I'll keep you posted as it goes together.

Here's another photo of the rear end. Ever seen a set of coil overs on an El Camino? The finished unit will be made of aluminum where possible. The rear end fits into all the stock mounts...I hear a kit coming.

We had to do some touch up on the frame and some undercoating. Here's the make shift booth. Kind of cheezy but it worked fine for what we had to do.
