I went with the H-Techs because I wanted a small drop so I wouldn't have alignment issues. Drop is only about 1/2" all around - I am sure this varies along with spring rates between makes and models. Overall I am happy - subtle drop and smoother rides over bumps. BTW, this is not a performance oriented spring but I haven't noticed any degradation in handling.
