Bodyshop woes

Well I just got my car back from the bodyshop, this being my first trip to a bodyshop for any reason. So $1,100 later my kit is installed and painted. Coming back from the shop I merge onto the highway and right when I start to join traffic (50-60 mph range) I heard a loud thud and scraping sound from underneath my car. I immediately pull to the shoulder and get out of my car expecting to see my new bodykit under my wheels. Turns out the underbody plastic pieces (keeps dirt off the engine) FELL OFF and were being dragged underneath my car. When I get home I pop the trunk and find the 20 clips used to hold it on in my trunk rather than on the pieces themselves. At this point I am a little annoyed with the shop since the pieces are bent and mangled to the point that I will probably have to buy new ones. I am planning to go back tomorrow morning to complain about this and some paint defects I found when I got home. Not to mention after close inspection I find my right side skirt is a little loose and doesn't fit correctly. Pictures of the sideskirt below.

I think the worst part is that Toyota recommended this shop to me and said they did top notch work. Has anyone ever had an experience similar to this?

Here is a picture of what the sideskirt should look like.

Keep sending it back until they do it right, and make sure THEY pay for the new parts.

Yeah, the car is currently back in the shop. Should pick it up later today. Hopefully everything is fixed :|
