Question alignment question?

I have Ground Control coilovers, and was wondering if I painted a marker on my coilovers so I know how they are set know, and then lowered it a little for a day or two for a car show or whatever, and then rasied the car back up to where it was before, would I need to get an alignment? I don't think I would because the height would be the same it was before but I wanted to see what you guys thought.

You would need to return to exactly the same point or the angles for alignment would be out. In practable terms I am not sure what difference it would make.

Only thing is if they are new they might settle a bit so you have to keep that in mind to. All you got to do though is lower the car to were you will be at most of the time not for shows. Then take it and have it aligned so the alignment will be at the point you would drive on it the most......make sense?

Well I'm already lowered and aligned correctly.
I just wanted to drop her about an inch and drive to a car show, or to cruise to the city and show off lol. Actually it's weird because my coilovers really didn't settle much at all Anyways I'm still not sure that the toe and everything else would be dead even if I brought the ride height back to where it was.
