Rear Air Deflector for Mini-Van

Do these thing help prevent the accumulation of road grime I seem to get on the back of my mini-van in a very short time? The vehicle can still be pretty clean, but the rear of the van actually needs to be washed. Any suggestions?

They help to an extent but its not a magical wonder fix for the problem. The dust settles on the back of mini-vans and suv's because the shape of the body creates a low pressure area that allows the dust/grime to settle onto the body. Air deflectors force air down across the surface preventing most of the dust from settling. In my experience they're worth the money but depending on the vehicle you may have different results.
