Mityvac 7201 Fluid Evacuator, can it be used for all of my cars?

I'm trying to determine/clarify if I would be able to use the above mentioned pump to extract the crankcase oil for the following vehicles effectively:

'97 MB E300 - read for a while on MB forums that it is the way most stealerships do it anyway, no real question there

BUT specifically for the following

'03 Toyota Corolla - at least or more effective than draining the oil from the pan?
'05 Ford Taurus - at least or more effective than draining the oil from the pan?

I would like to use this to help make changing oil easier and with less mess...

Thoughts?

i use one on our cars. i think i read somewhere that a few cars don't allow the tube to work/fit. seems like taurus was one of them but i could be wrong. you should google it.
the only mess is when you take off the oil filter.
