In my never ending search to improve my car, I came across :www.rostra.com

Has anyone mounted or even heard about Rostra Obstacle Sensing System?

Thank you verry much in advance

Some Avalanche people have installed the rear sensor system and have been happy.

There is a company that makes a rear view camera with a little flip down screen under the rear view mirror.....Forget the name but neat.

I was looking through Mobile Entertainment, a magazine about car stereo's which i buy every once in a while, there is an advertisement that says that they have a rear view color camera..

the advertisement is from Santeca

Guess & Pathfinder :

I am not driving an 18-wheeler , so I think that a reverse looking color camera is a bit over the edge.
At this moment I have a sensor in the back(mounted beneath the rear bumper) but it's useless when raining , and when raining visability is worse , and than one needs the sensor most ,...

That's why the ROSS-system looks good to me. Untill now I had no response from them about pricing and shipping,
I'll have to be patient.

A while back I searched for mudguards, remember?
Well , the original from MAZDA are no good , because they do not cover the whole wheels , I'm still looking.

Thanks for thr replys

Greetings
christiaan
