Re: Obama or McCain?

I posted this a few days ago under Republican or Democrat? Thought it might be of some interest here.

-- Breaking News ▬
US should withdraw from Chicago immediately!

●Body count: In the last six months 292 killed (murdered) in Chicago; more than the 221 killed in Iraq).
● State pension fund $44 Billion in debt; worst in country.
● Cook County ( Chicago ) sales tax 10.25%; highest in country.
● Chicago school system rates among the worst in country.

▬ Key government leaders in Illinois are all Democrats

● Sens. Barack Obama ● **** Durbin ● Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr.
● Gov. Rod Blogojevich ● House leader Mike Madigan
● Atty. Gen. Lisa Madigan (daughter of Mike)
● Mayor Richard M. Daley (son of Mayor Richard J. Daley)
None have stepped up and taken responsibility; instead they're blaming each other.

(Can't blame Republicans, there aren't any! )

This is the political culture that Democratic Candidate for
President of the United States Barack Obama comes from in Illinois . . . and he wants to “fix” Washington politics?

The U.N! Check out the 17 resolutions and who voted for them and who supported them. Then go and check out who signed off on the Senate votes and that will give you a CLEAR understanding as to why we went into Iraq. Don't just come here with some talking points and try and make a B.S. point. Use your brain to see the FACTS before you drop a bomb. I have many friends from Iraq that live here now and they are thankful to Bush for saving Iraq from the tyrant. They are now able to go visit their hometowns and families after many years. History will prove that Bush was right in going into Iraq. I think he has failed as a fiscal conservative by spending so much money, but give him kudos for trying to establish a democracy in a Muslim nation. We will reap the benefits in the long run.

Re: Obama or McCain?

I just hope I don't have to hear McCain or Palin refer to themselves as a "couple of mavericks" anymore, or I might vomit. I don't dislike McCain, I am just getting sick of hearing that, like I am getting sick of the word "change" from the other side.

Funny. I don't mind listening to Obama (enjoy his speaking style), but the other three could shut up for me, especially Palin. She is the most God awful politician running for high office that I've ever seen and I've seen a few in my day.

I was sent this about a pending lawsuit against Obama:

BERG v. OBAMA et al Document 13 - :: Justia Docs

Hannity last night had a great show on who is Obama.

right out of my mouth.
Who better than Sean Hannity and Rupert Murdoch for accurate reporting.

I'm impressed that this thread has gotten to 7 pages.
