Zaino ZAIO beta testers..would you use ZAIO after P0106FF?

For those that have had the opportunity to test the upcoming Z-AIO, would you use Z-AIO after you have polished with Menzerna P0106FF? Or would it cause a slight dulling of the that amazing surface that P0106FF leaves behind? I know ZAIO would not be needed for it corrective/cleaning capability after I just used P0106FF, but the protective layer left by ZAIO sounds like a good base that would further extend the durability of the Z-5P, Z-2P or Z-CS (in the future) layered on top.

I would have asked this on the 'Breaking Zaino News' post but that thread is getting to be a little too much.

So, is using the complete ZAIO, Z2/Z5 then Z-CS system the way to go?

I really don't see a purpose of using any AIO type product after a finishing polish-I think of AIO's as a finishing polish with some sealant protection . IMO a true sealant would work best.

If you use 106ff, you could skip the AIO and go right to the z2/25/cs, BUT I highly recommend doing a 50/50 ISO wipedown prior to the Z application. Now, I am a believer that a better base for the Z system is ZAIO, so If you wanted to extend durability out to its longest potential, I would go with the ZAIO, which would also add a little more protection in the mix.

Good to see ya back Joe! As long as you don't apply z8 immediately before applying C.S. you will have no problems. If you were to apply z8, then immediately afterwards, apply the C.S. you may have a slight haze. Just use some z6 or similar before application and you will be golden!

I could not have said it better myself. FWIW -I've already used ZAIO after 106FF and the AIO didn't take away from the excellent look that 106FF leaves on your finish.

mgm121499.....do you think you would notice that the ZAIO took away from a P0106FF finish an a black car? I assume that the car paint color would be determining factor on whether you could notice a difference.

Re: Zaino ZAIO beta testers..would you use ZAIO after P0106FF?

After using any finishing polish (Menzerna, Z-PC, etc) it would not be necessary to use ZAIO unless one desires to add Zaino sealant protection under a non-Zaino LSP.
Will apperance change? That's a tricky question. If the finishing polish did its intended job, the additional ZAIO step should not yield any noticable appearance change. If there is still haze after using a finishing polish, black can be a bear sometimes with this problem, ZAIO may yield some results.
As long as the polished surface is prepped to Zaino specs (oil/silicone-free) going straight to Z2/5PRO after doing a finishing polish would be the most efficient way to go.
