Optimum poli-Seal vs. Optimum Polish

I am fully confused!! I have researched and researched and can't figure out the difference. The poli-seal says it a one step product that removes swirls, polishes and protects. The Polish says that results vary depending on the pad. CONFUSION!!!

Which one should a person use? I am looking for a good polish. I use primarily DG #105 to finish which leads me to think that the polish is what I want to use.

Somebody help?

Thanks!!

Re: Optimum poli-Seal vs. Optimum Polish

What is so confusing about it?

Poli-Seal will remove light marring, more so when used with a polishing pad. It will also protect the paint. Optimum Polish is a good polish, and the cut is relatively pad dependent. Used on a cutting pad it will remove decent marring, and on a polishing pad it will remove mild marring and finish out relatively clean. It will not protect the paint.

Re: Optimum poli-Seal vs. Optimum Polish

Thanks!! The confusion was in my newness to detailing. I hadn't used the product before and was really wanting to try it. Now I can go forward with the information you have given me and make my decision. It sounds like OP is what I am looking for as I already have something I use as a topper.

Thanks for putting up with a seemingly simple, stupid question bigpoppa!
