Was anyone lucky enough to get there order in? I just recieved a email from AG that they are sold out and will be shipping the pads on Jan 17th.

they sent me some regular pads for free which is cool but i am still dissapointed.

Re: Lake Country CCS pads from Autogeek?

Ater reading your post, I checked my email. Same response. Looks like lots of people want to try out this new pad

DieselMDX, what pads do you think they're gonna give us? Also, how many pads are they going to give us? If the foam pads are usable, I'll definitely be very satisfied with Autogeek's service. They are most likely paying for these foams pads out of their own wallet

Re: Lake Country CCS pads from Autogeek?

I emailed Jason (General Manager) at Autogeek to ask him what type of pads exactly we would be getting. I ordered one orange, one white, and one gray pad. I'm wondering whether I'll be getting one DA foam pad replacement for each CCS pad that I ordered. I'll post back when he replies.

Re: Lake Country CCS pads from Autogeek?

I don't mind not having the CCS pads. I'm not polishing anytime soon, and I'm definitely glad to get two pads for the price of one. I'm not complaining

Re: Lake Country CCS pads from Autogeek?

good price on the CCS pads. I picked up a couple green ones from properautocare..I wouldn't mind getting more from autogeek, but you can't order items on backorder..through the web at least

Re: Lake Country CCS pads from Autogeek?

I ordered 10 pads total. If they are sending the standard LC DA pads and then the CCS ones later I will be a happy camper and they will be sure to get future business from me. I like the way they seem to run things, the same way I do, the customer is always right!!!

Re: Lake Country CCS pads from Autogeek?

I received the same notice that the CCS pads were out of stock. That's pretty sweet of them to send replacements for the time being at no extra charge. They're definitely going above and beyond. I really appreciate that kind of customer service.

I believe it was Jason S. that also contacted me via PM on here about the AutoGeek delay thread, so I'll have to respond to him about the rest of my order too. It's weird how they responded pretty quickly to this item being out of stock, but I never received any notice about the rest of my order, where apparently the ONR (gallon) was holding up shipment. I guess it's a hit or miss.

Re: Lake Country CCS pads from Autogeek?

I got an email that the green CCS pads are backordered and that when they're in that they will be sent free of charge. No mention of a replacement being sent in the meantime.

Re: Lake Country CCS pads from Autogeek?

I didn't get an email, so my order must have been placed in time.
