Hey guys, first post on Autopia, wanted to give my thoughts on the new shortened version of the adapter. Aaron was kind enough to send one to me to try out, what a great guy
It's about 1/3rd of an inch shorter than the origonal adapter, doesn't sound like a significant difference but while buffing it's very noticeable. While using both the black wool and blue WW Edge pads with the new adapter I noticed a LOT more control in tight areas and while trying to use the edge of the pad for body lines. I had very little pad hop with the old one but with the new adapter the problem seems to have been eliminated completely.
I'm very pleased and will continue to be an Edge product fan!
