Cobra Super-Plush Deluxe MF vs Pakshak Ultra-Plush MF w/Pics

Ok further investigation and some pictures later this is what i feel. Both towels are brand new and washed in Pakshak MF cleaner. Camera is a Canon Rebel XT SLR.

The plush side of the Pakshak MF are longer then the Cobra's. I find the density or the number of separate fibers per section on the Cobra to be higher then the Pakshaks. In the pictures you can see it. There is more room in between the fibers on the Pakshak then the Cobra.

The Cobra towel does feel thinker and looks thicker then the Pakshak’s. The picture is however deceiving due to the way the edges on constructed. The Pakshaks border actually compresses the towel while the Cobra's border makes it thicker then it is. So be warned on that picture.

On a side note I feel the Pakshak towels are softer to touch on the plush side. On the none plush side there is little to no difference. But it seems the Cobra's are slightly slight plusher, and on the non plush side the Cobra's feel softer. Yes i know this makes no sense but that’s how it feels.

The stitching is completely different on these two towels. The Cobra's are covered in MF the Pakshaks are covered in silk. My personal opinion is I like how the longer fibers on the Pakshak cover up part of the border and the stitching on the towel. The way the Cobra's are constructed the MF fibers do no over lap the bordering. The bordering actually seems to push the fiber towards the inside of the towel.

Pictures are below. Cobra is on the left the Pakshak is on the right in all pictures. Personally both are excellent towels and you cant go wrong with either. Durability I can not comment on yet, besides the fact that my other Pakshak's have been wash over 3 dozen times without one problem.

interesting... i have quite a few viking microfiber drying towels that are just as plush as the pakshaks, as i've done side by side comparisons as well (little to no difference at all). can't go wrong with any of these brands, they're all quality.

I have both the Ultra-Plush's and the Super-Plush's. I will use either on my paint, but prefer the Cobra towels slightly. I like the extra size that they have. It lets me get a few more sides out of the towel before I switch to another one.
