Capture Dry Carpet Cleaning for carpet?

I searched several times for discussion of this product but didn't find anything. If I've missed it, please post a link.

Does anyone have opinions of a product called 'Capture' ? It is sold commonly at Sears, Home Depot, Wal-Mart, etc. and is labeled a "dry carpet cleaner". It is sold as a boxed package, including a premist, powder and brush.

Essentially the steps are:
1) Lightly mist area with an included spray
2) Sprinkle an included powder onto area
3) Brush/comb (not scrub) into area with included brush
4) Wait 30 minutes and vacuum

I guess this is similar to any dry carpet cleaner? I say 'dry carpet cleaner' meaning that it is the opposite of a shampoo or system using water.
