Magnum Top Gear

Purchased some Instant Shine polymer glaze today and will be doing my mother's weatherbeaten Ford Explorer tomorrow. Had never heard of Magnum Top Gear before so contacted the company in New South Wales and the sales manager says there is no need to wax after a polish or glaze. Old technology according to him which it is but i still do it.
Take a look at their website at www.topgear.net.au and tell me what you think. Just interested in your views, not trying to promote or sell the stuff. The instructions for the glaze is to apply with foam pad or sponge and let sit for 10 minutes then buff off with cheesecloth and leave to cure for 2 hours then apply second coat if you wish. Supposed to leave a protective film that lasts several months. We shall see.
