Name your favorite product...
There have been numerous polls conducted on the "best" car wash, or "best" wax, and on and on. Well, I have a list of categories and I just want to see what everybody's favorite is. I enjoy the diversity of choices in this hobby.
  1. What is your favorite car wash shampoo?
  2. What is your favorite kind of clay?
  3. What is your favorite QD?
  4. How about surface cleaners (i.e. swirl removers, paint cleaners, polishes)? There can be more than one.
  5. What is your favorite type of glaze--if any?
  6. Here's a good one: how about wax?
  7. For a quicky job, do you have a favorite cleaner wax?
  8. What is your favorite sealant?
  9. Favorite trim and dash protectant?
  10. Favorite tire dressing?
  11. How about a product(s) to clean the engine bay?
  12. What do you like for cleaning the carpets?
  13. Leather cleaner and conditioner?

I know this list is long, but you don't have to answer every question. You can copy and paste the questions and type your answers underneath. If I left a category out, add it into your post.

Here are my faves, although I test so much different stuff it seems to change all the time!
I am answering in order of the products you listed:

1. P21S Autobody Shampoo
2. Pinnacal Clay or Autopia Clay and Lube (the slickest lube)
3. Pinnacle Crystal Mist with Carnauba
4. DACP is awesome, as is GEPC for a less aggressive polish
5. #7
6. P21S
7. no clear cut favorite
8. no clear cut favorite
9. 303 Aerospace Protectant
10. Meguiar's High Endurance or 3M Tire Dressing
11. no clear cut favorite
12. Carbona or Resolve (my Dad does this part, so these are HIS choices, and his results are great!)
13. Lexol
14. Bad to end in #13, so my favorite ice cream is mint chip!

EFHI dilluted in distilled water

--I just bought Red Cherry Suds from Prowax and really like it.

What is your favorite kind of clay?
--Claymagic is the only one I've ever used and I really don't see changing it.

What is your favorite QD?
--Clearkote's Quikshine

How about surface cleaners (i.e. swirl removers, paint cleaners, polishes)? There can be more than one.

--Megs. #81 Hand Polish. Great for dark cars.

--Trade Secret wax and the S100 wax. Hard for me to choose one.

--Just leftover Zymol bought at Target.

--Poorboy's EX.

Favorite trim and dash protectant?
--303 protectant.

Favorite tire dressing?
--Poorboy's Bold 'N' Bright and TW tire gel.

How about a product(s) to clean the engine bay?
--Megs. APC+

What do you like for cleaning the carpets?
--EF Carpet & Upholstery Cleaner.

Leather cleaner and conditioner?
